High social awareness of breast diseases and the rise in breast imaging facilities lead to an increase in detection of benign and malignant breast lesions. Breast lesions are associated with a broad imaging characteristics. Each radiological modality reflects diffrent characteristics of the breast masses. We aimed to increase familiarity of the radiologist to these uncommon lesions as well as to express radiologic-histopathological concordance with the results of ultrasound scan (US), mamography (MG), dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imagings (DCE-MR) and with histopathological findings of the biopsy specimen. Histopathological examination should not be hesitated in evaluation processes of such breast lesions, especially when radiologic images were not definite for a specific diagnosis.
